You will build and develop a high-performing staff, ensure excellent guest experiences, and drive profitability through effective scheduling and budget oversight.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a track record of people development, with a 50-hour work week and a focus on excellence in service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Find, hire and develop employees; conduct new hire orientation and training. Plan and execute training for new hires.
• Schedule and deploy staff, address performance issues, resolve customer issues, and manage the restaurant budget and financial plans.
