Charter Foods is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for an immediate leadership role in a fast-paced setting. You will lead the team, set the tone for hospitality, and ensure great food and friendly service.

You’ll hire and develop employees, conduct orientations, train new hires, schedule, address performance issues, and manage budgets. A strong leader with communication skills and a positive attitude will thrive and advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including P&L.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time.
• Competitive spirit and passion for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team focused on great food and friendly service.
• Hire, develop and train employees; conduct new hire orientation and execute training plans.
• Schedule and deploy team; address performance issues; resolve customer issues; manage the restaurant budget and financial plans.
