You should have at least 1 year of GM experience in a restaurant or retail, and be ready to hire, train, and coach your team to meet sales and profit goals. Competitive salary and bonuses are typical for this role.

Formación

• Minimum of 2+ years in foodservice management.
• Serve Safe Certification is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with inventory, cost controls and cash handling.
• Ready and willing to interview, hire and terminate.
• Run the store with an eye to the bottom line.
