Qualifications
- Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
- Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
- Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
- Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
- Ensure guests have a great food and friendly experience.
- Manage scheduling, hiring, and training programs to support growth.
