Border Foods LLC in Brookings, SD is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant operation and build a high-performing team in alignment with our core values of accountability, integrity, family, excellence, teamwork and empowerment.

The role offers top industry pay up to $100,000 per year plus a strong bonus program, education opportunities, and comprehensive benefits. It requires a minimum of three years in restaurant/retail and a commitment to long hours when needed.

Formación

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Exempt management position; minimum 50 hours per week; additional hours as needed.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
