Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train, oversee, and perform duties of team members and management.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and overall customer satisfaction.
• Open/close shop on time, balance drawer, and handle deposits.
• Greet customers, assist with ordering, and operate POS system.
• Prepare and bake items per store procedures; ensure product quality.
• Schedule shifts and manage labor costs using MRKT templates.
• Manage vendor relations and communications with suppliers.
• Handle catering orders and company events; support corporate team.
