Job summary

Chuck E. Cheese is seeking a dynamic General Manager to set the tone for the restaurant and lead guests and team to deliver a memorable experience. You’ll manage daily operations, drive sales, ensure food quality, and uphold safety and brand standards.

The role offers compensation of $47,000 to $58,850 annually with commission potential on memberships and Fun Pass sales, plus access to earned wages and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years in the restaurant industry with responsibility for running quality shifts and driving sales/performance
• Experience as a CEC Manager or Senior Assistant Manager is acceptable
• Age 21+ and in some states ability to serve alcohol per local laws

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling and support, uphold product quality and cleanliness
• Build sales by recruiting, training, and communicating expectations to the team
• Coach and motivate the team to maintain high guest service and safety
• Exercise sound business judgment in cost control, accounting, inventory, and labor management
