Job summary

Chuck E. Cheese is seeking an energetic General Manager to set the tone for the restaurant, lead daily operations, and ensure every guest leaves happy. You’ll manage staffing, training, product quality, safety, and guest service while driving sales and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• College degree preferred.
• Minimum of four (4) years experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for full execution of running quality shifts and driving sales/performance.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on time management, staffing, and operations while upholding quality standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits through effective recruiting, training, and communication of expectations.
• Coach and motivate the team to deliver high-quality guest service and safety.
• Exercise sound business judgment in cost control, inventory, and labor management.
