Job summary

CEC Entertainment, LLC, the parent company behind Chuck E. Cheese, is seeking a General Manager to set the tone for the restaurant and drive guest satisfaction. You will lead a team, ensure quality shifts, and push for strong sales performance in a fast-paced environment.

The role is exempt with commission potential on Memberships and Fun Passes, bi-weekly payout, and a broad benefits package designed for employees nationwide.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old (RVP approval may vary by location)
• College degree preferred
• Minimum 4 years restaurant leadership experience or proven CEC management track record

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on time management, staffing, product quality, cleanliness and company standards
• Build sales and maximize profits through recruiting, training, and clear team communication of expectations
• Coach and motivate the team to maintain high quality guest service and safety
• Apply cost-control, financial accounting, inventory, and labor management practices
