CEC Entertainment, LLC seeks a strong General Manager for a Chuck E. Cheese location to set the tone and ensure every guest leaves happy. You will lead staff, uphold quality, and drive sales while maintaining safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old (RVP may adjust age).
• College degree is preferred.
• Minimum of four years in the restaurant industry with responsibility for running quality shifts and driving sales/performance.

Responsabilités

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staffing, and maintaining product quality and standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and communicating expectations to the team.
• Coach, teach and motivate the team to maintain high-quality guest service and safety.
• Apply business judgment in cost control, financial accounting, inventory, and labor management.
