CEC Entertainment, LLC, the parent of Chuck E. Cheese, is seeking an energetic General Manager to set the tone for the restaurant and drive guest satisfaction.

As GM, you'll lead operations, manage staff, ensure safety and quality, coach teams, and relentlessly pursue sales growth while delivering a memorable experience for families and guests every day, and working with leadership to uphold brand standards, health and safety, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years restaurant leadership experience.
• Proven track record of driving sales and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on staff scheduling and operations.
• Build sales by communicating expectations to the team.
• Coach and motivate team to ensure guest service and safety.
• Apply cost-control and inventory management practices.
