The GM will uphold food quality, safety standards, and a customer-first culture, coordinating with district leaders and supporting local marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in management within restaurant or hospitality (2+ years).
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team and foster a positive work environment.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to resolve complaints and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Financial awareness: budgeting, cost control, and achieving targets.
