Job summary

The Hoogland Restaurant Group seeks a General Manager for Marco's Pizza locations in the South Bend area. You will lead and develop people to deliver outstanding product quality and customer service while driving sales and controlling costs.

You should have at least 3 years of leadership in hospitality, be willing to relocate, and manage schedules, payroll, and store operations. The role demands weekend work and a strong commitment to our culture and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience required.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager, Shift Leads, and Manager in Training.
• Manage inventory, par levels, and ordering; complete weekly and end-of-period inventories.
• Ensure store and exterior are maintained; enforce security and deposits procedures.
