Hoogland Restaurant Group, owner of Marco's Pizza locations in the US, is seeking a General Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team and to execute exceptional product quality and customer service. This role focuses on driving sales while controlling costs at a Marco's Pizza location in Ohio.

You will oversee scheduling, inventory, safety, and adherence to brand standards, with opportunities to grow with the company across 100+ Marco's locations.

Formación

• 3 years of leadership experience.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Accountable for weekly KPIs and plan to achieve goals.
• Ensure inventory par levels and ordering system are in place.
