Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco’s Pizza franchise owner in the US, is hiring a Restaurant General Manager for its South Bend area. Lead a team of up to 20, drive sales, ensure great service, and uphold Marco's standards.

The role requires strong leadership and restaurant experience, with long hours and weekend shifts expected. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, life insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match.

Competenze

3 years of leadership experience.
1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Mansioni

Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
Demonstrate Marco's leadership behaviors and values.
Create an environment that promotes the company culture.
Source and interview store employees to embrace values.
Train team members on processes, policies, and customer service.
Ensure HR tasks including scheduling, payroll, benefits, performance reviews, reporting.
Plan leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager and others.
Maintain standards for quality, speed, cleanliness, and sanitation.
Monitor KPIs and develop plans to achieve goals.
Maintain store exterior and property condition.
Ensure security procedures for deposits and safe contents.
