Job summary

Taco Bell in Sugar Land is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to profitably operate the restaurant in line with Taco Bell guidelines. You will focus on cost control, customer service, employee development, and building sales.

You will lead the team, manage schedules, handle cash procedures, ensure safety and cleanliness, and drive performance through training and processes. This is a full-time, on-site role in Texas with potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; university degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Serv Safe Certified.
• Knowledge of P&L statements, basic math and computer skills; strong customer service.
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
• Open availability required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front counter operations ensuring quality service and training staff.
• Lead meetings to plan training and review procedures.
• Develop sales and utilize local store marketing.
• Monitor costs, analyze profits, and manage inventory.
• Prepare labor schedules and adjust for sales volume.
• Manage cash control and daily deposits.
• Ensure safety, health compliance and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain hiring, promotions, and personnel records.
• Conduct performance reviews and document discipline.
• Coordinate maintenance and attend Area Coach meetings.
• Complete administrative paperwork.
