Job summary

J&D Restaurants – McDonald’s is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead one of our McDonald’s restaurants. The General Manager is pivotal in ensuring the restaurant operates profitably while upholding McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

You will oversee operations, people management, financial oversight, safety, and daily excellence. Strong leadership, decision-making, and communications skills are essential; previous McDonald’s experience is preferred.

• Make critical business decisions regarding inventory, budgeting, labor management and food costs.
• Ensure adherence to food safety measures and maintain guest and employee safety.
• Oversee maintenance plans and ensure standards of excellence.
