Job summary

J&D Restaurants - McDonald’s is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead one of our McDonald’s locations. You will oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring profitability while maintaining McDonald’s standards of quality, service and cleanliness.

You will manage recruiting, onboarding and training, drive budgeting and cost controls, and uphold safety and compliance across the team. This role offers growth within a supportive independent franchisee network.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations, including food production and guest service.

• Make crucial decisions on inventory, budgeting, labor and costs to ensure profitability.
• Ensure food safety, and uphold guest and employee safety and restaurant security.
• Drive maintenance plans and maintain high standards of operational excellence.
