KFC in Louisville, KY is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a dynamic team, recruit and train top crew, and drive profitability while upholding the brand standards. You will mentor managers, schedule staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across shifts.

You will own training programs, coach for performance, manage budgets, and keep pace with industry benchmarks to outshine competitors and elevate digital experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with strong people management experience.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of restaurant maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for Team Members and Shift Supervisors.
• Develop and oversee a comprehensive training plan for supervisors and trainers.
• Recognize and reward outstanding performance, fostering equity and belonging.
• Address conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers and swiftly resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule staff to optimize customer service and coach on KFC brand standards.
• Analyze financial performance and manage the budget to maximize profitability without sacrificing service.
• Stay informed about competitors and aim to exceed their standards, including digital presence and loyalty programs.
