KFC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-performing team, recruit and train staff, and uphold brand standards. You will mentor managers, drive training initiatives, and foster a culture of equity and belonging while prioritizing exceptional guest experiences.

You will analyze financial performance, manage budgets, and strategize to maximize profitability without compromising service, while staying ahead of competitors in digital presence and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Solid understanding of restaurant maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for top Team Members and Shift Supervisors.
• Develop a comprehensive training plan and mentor managers and trainers.
• Recognize and reward outstanding performance and foster belonging.
• Address conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers to resolve issues and ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule staff to optimize service and coach on brand standards.
• Lead product rollout meetings and ensure successful implementation.
• Analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and maximize profitability.
• Stay informed about competitors and enhance digital presence and loyalty programs.
