Job summary

KFC in the United States is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead one of its franchised locations. You will own the restaurant’s performance metrics, guide the team to deliver great guest experiences, and partner with the franchisee and area leaders to drive growth and brand standards.

You will mentor your team, onboard new hires, communicate goals and promotions, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
• Experience in restaurant operations and people leadership is preferred.
• Franchisee-owned locations set terms and conditions of employment.
