Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and recruiting.
• Ability to recruit and hire staff and manage people processes.
• Creative marketing and driving sales through events and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed – uphold standards of hospitality.
• Ensure speed of service and accurate guest experience.
• Oversee full employee lifecycle, including recruitment.
• Train and develop crew members and shift leaders.
• Direct team to deliver on-time digital orders.
• Manage day-to-day operations, schedules, P&L, and sales forecast.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and guest readiness.
• Uphold food safety and compliance.
• Aim for annual sales and cash flow targets.
• Work a schedule including lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts.
