Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead a fast-growing restaurant. You’ll hire and develop great people, build a winning culture, and run a strong business while delivering a guest-obsessed experience.

As a GM, you’ll manage the full employee lifecycle, ensure top hospitality standards, oversee scheduling, P&L, and daily operations, and drive sales through community engagement and operations excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required, including scheduling and P&L management.
• Strong guest service and hospitality mindset.
• Ability to train and develop crew and shift leaders.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed and uphold top-notch standards of hospitality.
• Ensure speed of service and accurate guest experience.
• Manage full employee lifecycle: recruitment, hiring, and performance management.
• Train and develop crew members and Apprentices using Chipotle’s tools.
• Direct team to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including scheduling, sales forecasting, and P&L control.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and guest-ready environment.
• Uphold food safety and compliance standards.
• Aim for annual sales and cash flow targets.
• Work a schedule including lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts.
