Qualifications

• Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and multitasking in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Brand Ambassador for Chicken Salad Chick.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Ensure health, safety, and labor requirements are met for staff and guests.
• Deliver consistent product quality and guest service per CSC standards.
• Plan and implement marketing, advertising, and promotional activities in line with Brand Standards.
• Prepare required paperwork and reports in a timely manner.
