Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills required.

• Working knowledge of back office tools and reporting.
• Ability to quickly learn and master new computer software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Brand Ambassador for Chicken Salad Chick.
• Understand & adhere to all policies, procedures, standards and training.
• Ensure health, safety and labor compliance for restaurant, employees and guests.
• Provide guests with responsive, friendly and courteous service.
• Maintain CSC standards in product preparation and service.
• Lead teams to achieve sales, service, quality and cleanliness goals.
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional activities.
• Create and manage operation and financial action plans.
• Oversee scheduling and labor optimization.
• Coach and develop staff for managerial growth.
