Tasty Chick’n is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to direct daily restaurant operations, aligning with our Brand Vision and Guiding Values. You will oversee product preparation, delivery, customer service, facilities maintenance, and financial accountability.

Lead and coach A+ talent to drive People, Customer, Sales, and Profit results; ensure ServSafe standards, manage budgets, and collaborate on promotions to grow revenue and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in restaurant operations or management.
• ServSafe Certification required; additional food safety or leadership training is a plus.
• Experience training and developing employees and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations ensuring brand vision and standards.
• Lead talent selection, training, coaching, and performance management of store staff.
• Ensure food safety compliance and ServSafe or equivalent standards; monitor audits.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement local promotions and events.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and cost controls to optimize profitability.
