You will hands-on supervise and mentor team members, manage scheduling, and maintain safety and cleanliness. The position emphasizes strong leadership, financial discipline, and a focus on speed of service and product quality to drive guest satisfaction and sales

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and the ability to work flexible hours and all shifts.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Control food, labor, cash and other expenses per company guidelines and budget.
• Drive sales growth by improving 5 Bells, CORE, speed of service and food quality.
• Maintain adequate staffing for all days and parts.
• Prepare and conduct performance appraisals for crew, shift managers and assistants.
• Hire crew, shift leaders and assistant general managers.
• Coach and train staff to meet certification and performance levels.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization and follow sanitation guidelines and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and safety standards.
• Provide timely feedback to area coach on operating results.
