Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the team, maintain high hospitality, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

As the leader, you will hire and develop staff, implement training plans, schedule and deploy personnel, resolve customer issues, and oversee the restaurant budget and financial plans. A track record of leadership and strong communication is essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Hire, develop, and train employees; conduct new hire orientation.
• Schedule and deploy the team; manage performance issues.
• Address customer issues and manage the restaurant budget and financial plans.
• Lead with a positive attitude and drive for excellence.
