Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume kitchen and staff. You will drive sales, manage inventory and safety, and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and dining experience.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, ensuring food safety, budgeting, and daily/weekly reporting. A passion for the restaurant industry and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen, along with adherence to proper food safety procedures.
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, talent acquisition and development, and regular reporting.
• Coach and develop staff in preparing and packaging customer orders to maximize service expectations.
• Understand financial reporting including profit and loss statements to drive business changes.
• Address customer feedback and work to improve the dining experience.
