The Landing Bar & Grill is seeking a General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction. You will lead front of house and back of house teams, drive profitability, and steward HR compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in the food & beverage industry in a managerial role.
• Ability to manage P&L and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily FOH and BOH operations, ensuring safety and sanitation standards.
• Respond to customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage financial reports and use P&L statements to maintain profitability.
• Source, hire, and develop team members through training and coaching.
• Understand and enforce HR laws and best practices.
• Implement strategies to grow sales and promote the brand.
• Schedule maintenance as needed.
