The Landing Bar & Grill seeks a General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. You will lead both front-of-house and back-of-house teams while maintaining high standards of service and quality.

You will manage financial reporting, utilize P&L statements to keep the business profitable, and hire/train staff. HR compliance and brand growth initiatives are core to the role. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations and ensuring customer satisfaction is our top priority. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH) operations, ensuring safety and sanitation standards are followed
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints, ensuring their satisfaction
• Manage financial reports and utilize P&L statements to maintain a profitable business
• Source, hire, and continually develop team members through training and coaching
• Understand and enforce current HR laws and best practices
• Implement tactics and strategies to grow sales and promote the brand
• Schedule routine or emergency maintenance as needed

Job Requirements:

• Experience in the food and beverage industry, in a managerial role
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of financial management and ability to utilize P&L statements
• Understanding of HR laws and best practices
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Must close the store 4 nights a week
• High school diploma or equivalent
