The Landing Bar & Grill seeks a General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. You will lead both front-of-house and back-of-house teams while maintaining high standards of service and quality.

You will manage financial reporting, utilize P&L statements to keep the business profitable, and hire/train staff. HR compliance and brand growth initiatives are core to the role. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in the food and beverage industry in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Knowledge of financial management and P&L statements.
• Understanding of HR laws and best practices.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily FOH and BOH operations, ensuring safety and sanitation standards.
• Respond to customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage financial reports and use P&L statements to maintain profitability.
• Source, hire, and develop team members through training and coaching.
• Implement tactics to grow sales and promote the brand.
• Schedule maintenance as needed.
