Your responsibilities include managing labor and costs, monitoring KPIs, and partnering with leaders to execute local marketing initiatives while stepping into FOH/BOH roles as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Proven restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience with P&L and cost control.
• Inventory processes, counting, and analysis.
• Schedule writing, sales forecasting, and labor management.
• Proficiency with restaurant systems and Microsoft Office.

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and overall financial performance.
• Monitor KPIs, including sales, payroll, and operational efficiency.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive culture.
• Oversee cash handling, budgeting, and reporting.
• Resolve guest concerns and ensure a top-tier dining experience.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Support local marketing and promotional initiatives.
