Hospitality Restaurant Group seeks a Restaurant General Manager for a Taco Bell franchise. You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead assistants, drive hiring and training, and manage guest service, quality and financials.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership with a track record of P&L accountability.
• Excellent customer service and verbal/written communication.
• Able to hire, train and develop staff; drive performance.
• Reliable transportation and background checks conducted.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure staff complete all duties and serve safe, quality food.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for team members and customers.
• Address and resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
• Enforce cash, security, inventory and labor policies consistently.
• Handle HR issues as they arise, including disciplinary actions and terminations.
• Adopt an ownership mindset to manage the restaurant effectively.
• Ensure payroll runs smoothly and hours are accurately recorded with payroll.
