Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED.
• Possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Be dependable, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
• Able to work a standard schedule of approximately 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Supervises restaurant colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability during shifts.
• Serves customers correct, complete orders within service time goals per standards.
• Prepares and ensures high-quality products as described in training materials.
• Maintains proper image and follows policies and standards for conduct.
• Cleans and organizes work stations and upholds health department standards.
• Performs cash management and ensures safety procedures are followed.
• Provides direction and coaching to colleagues to meet standards and procedures.
• Monitors labor and utility costs and manages shift activities.
• Completes daily paperwork neatly and accurately as directed by management.
• Opens and closes the restaurant and handles unexpected occurrences promptly.
