Ultipro is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for a Hardee’s location in Jefferson City, TN. The RGM will direct daily operations, uphold brand standards, and drive profitability by leading people, service, and quality.

You will train and coach staff, manage performance, and ensure food safety and customer satisfaction across shifts. The role requires three years of restaurant experience, strong communication, and a willingness to travel between company locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in restaurant operation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance to travel between locations.
• Strong communication and customer focus.
