Job summary

Hardee's Lebanon is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations in Lebanon, TN. You will supervise staff, drive guest satisfaction, manage scheduling and labor, and ensure financial results in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of management experience in a restaurant, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work a 47.5–50 hour week with flexible hours as needed by the GM or District Manager. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes the restaurant business plan, including fiscal responsibilities, manpower planning and local marketing.
• Utilizes labor effectively to meet budget.
• Responsible for financial results and company-wide marketing programs.
• Enforces labor laws and food safety, handling, and sanitation requirements.
• Models company values and focuses on guest satisfaction.
• Coaches and provides regular performance feedback to employees.
