Job summary

KB Fast Food, a Burger King franchise, seeks a General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, financial controls, and customer satisfaction across all shifts.

You will lead a team of 10–45 employees, drive sales and profitability, ensure safety and brand standards, and coach staff to deliver the Customer Promise. The role requires flexibility and strong people development focus.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate leadership and team-building skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.
• Strong math skills and familiarity with cash handling.
• Proficient in English with clear reading and speaking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure Customer Promise delivery.
• Direct shifts, schedules, and staffing to optimize efficiency and service quality.
• Monitor inventory, costs, and financials to maximize profitability.
• Coach and develop restaurant staff and management team.
