Job summary

Responsibilities include controlling costs, staffing, hiring, performance reviews, ensuring compliance with laws, safety, and maintaining equipment. You will work with the area coach to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Have 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role, preferably in a service-related business.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and ability to work flexible hours and all shifts.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost categories including food, labor and controllable expenses.
• Lead the restaurant to achieve sales growth and high standards of speed, quality and guest service.
• Maintain adequate staffing for all days and shifts; manage hiring processes.
• Conduct performance appraisals for crew, shift managers, and assistant GMs.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and safety regulations.
