Burger King in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive guest experience, and optimize profitability. You will supervise staff, manage P&L, ensure food safety, and partner with the above-store team to execute the business plan while developing talent.

Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• Minimum 50 hours per week availability incl. weekends/holidays.
• Strong leadership with P&L and budgeting experience.
• Proficient in English; Spanish helpful.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and train restaurant-level employees to brand standards.
• Manage staffing levels and develop internal candidates for management.
• Analyze financial performance and implement plans for sales growth.
• Ensure cash handling procedures and budgeting adherence.
• Coordinate operations including inventory management.
