Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Develops subordinates to maximize contributions and future promotion opportunities.
Executes proper training and development through established systems and practices.
Ensures execution of HR programs with staffing and retention goals; supports performance feedback.
Trains and reinforces food safety procedures in line with Company policies.
Maintains Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards across all day parts and drives improvements.
Protects Wendy's brand and assets; coaches and retrains managers as needed.
