Flynn Arby's is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise a diverse team, manage inventory, scheduling, and cash handling, and uphold food safety and company standards.

The ideal candidate will have proven GM experience in food/hospitality, strong leadership, and the ability to analyze financial data to improve performance.

• Proven experience as a General Manager in Food/Hospitality or high-volume operations.
• Strong leadership with ability to mentor and coach a diverse team.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers, suppliers, and team.
