Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management (P&L), and labor optimization.
• Proven track record of leading large teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and ensure service quality during peak hours.
• Proficiency in Chick-fil-A’s operational systems and standards (preferred but not required).
• Passion for customer service and community engagement.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of managers and staff to foster excellence and teamwork.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training to retain high-performing team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and create development plans.
• Oversee daily operations, quality, safety, and peak-time service.
• Manage labor scheduling and cost controls in a high-volume setting.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards, health compliance, and quick recovery from disruptions.
• Champion Second Mile Service and handle guest feedback to ensure a positive experience.
• Analyze financial reports, monitor COGS and labor costs, and drive profitability.
• Engage with the community and support local events reflecting Chick-fil-A’s values.
