Chick-fil-A is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to join our high-volume Western New York restaurant. You will own Back of House operations, drive food quality and speed, and lead a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant kitchen management experience.
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational results.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Delivering operational excellence by taking ownership of all Back of House operations, ensuring consistent food quality, speed of service, and efficient kitchen execution.
• Building high-performing teams by identifying, training, coaching, and developing future leaders within the kitchen.
• Leading and managing the kitchen team through hands-on leadership, clear communication, and accountability to high operational standards.
• Increasing profitability by effectively managing food and labor costs, maintaining inventory, reducing waste, and improving kitchen productivity.
• Collaborating with the Operations Director and Front of House Director to ensure smooth restaurant operations and deliver a remarkable guest experience.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment that prioritizes food safety, team member safety, and Chick-fil-A's quality standards.
