Chick-fil-A is seeking a General Manager to oversee operations at the Fayetteville Towne Center, Starr's Mill, and Senoia locations. You will lead a large team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive store performance in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities include operational excellence, team development, financial management, and community engagement to uphold Chick-fil-A's standards and culture across multiple units.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience managing a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial management (P&L).
• Proven track record leading large teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a large team of managers and team members.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring service quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage labor scheduling and costs to balance staffing with guest needs.
• Analyze financial reports, set targets, and drive sales and profitability.
• Engage with the community and partner with marketing on local initiatives.
