Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a General Manager to run a profitable restaurant while upholding McDonald’s Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards. You will lead Department Managers, coach teams, and drive performance to meet goals. Experience in quick service or hospitality/retail is highly valued, and applicants must be 18 or older.

The role emphasizes team development, operations excellence, and strategic planning to sustain growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

General Manager must run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
Leads a team of Department Managers, providing coaching and direction.
Background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals and monitor progress.
Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build the right leadership team.
Translate goals into actionable plans to drive restaurant profitability and performance.
