McDonald’s in New Jersey seeks a General Manager to run a profitable restaurant while upholding McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards. You will guide a team of Department Managers, set goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching to improve performance.

Ideal candidates have prior General Manager experience in high-volume locations; quick-service, hospitality, or retail background is preferred. Must be 18 or older to manage in corporate-owned and operated restaurants.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
• A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsabilités

• General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for meeting McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Leads a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, following up on progress, and coaching to improve their Departments.
• May be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team for the future.
