Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent is required
• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience
• GM or AGM experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Financial/budget awareness including P&L understanding

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with high standards for food quality, guest service, and cleanliness
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top team members across all roles
• Motivate and coach teams and managers to hit goals and deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Oversee inventory management, food and labor costs, and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Drive sales growth and profitability through operations and local marketing
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently
