You will interview and hire staff, schedule shifts, manage labor costs, and coach the management team to improve performance across all locations. This role offers a supportive culture, regular pay, and opportunities for advancement within a family‑oriented restaurant group.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• In-depth knowledge of operations, HR, safety and compliance.
• Ability to lead and develop teams across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant according to standards and regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to meet guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Train the management team and crew using current training systems.
• Design development plans with each employee to improve performance.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship and provide coaching as warranted.
• Conduct meetings to discuss procedures, safety, and training.
