Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of management experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• ServSafe Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Business-minded with cost-control and profitability focus.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with long hours.
• Excellent communication and guest service focus.
• Proficient with POS systems and scheduling/tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop a Winning Team: Build, train, and inspire a strong team; create a positive culture and develop leaders.
• Own the Operations: Oversee scheduling, inventory, food safety, and facility upkeep; ensure compliance with policies.
• Drive Results & Profitability: Manage P&L, labor, costs, and use data to improve profitability; drive sales.
• Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience: Ensure fast, friendly, accurate service and resolve guest concerns.
• Support Compliance & Standards: Enforce food safety, sanitation, and labor policies; maintain a safe environment.
